You can return any of your products up to 100 days after your receipt of that particular product. Return shipping is free in the United States and Canada. We recommend that you sleep on your Zaahn mattress for a minimum of 60 nights to experience and adjust to your mattress and to experience the full Zaahn effect.
You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you purchased a product using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. Please follow the instructions below to return your product:
Mattress or Pillow.
If you want to return your mattress or pillow within the first 100 days after your receipt, please e-mail Zaahn at support@zaahn.com to arrange a return.
Return Conditions.
The following conditions apply to product returns:
Products must be in donatable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling, including odors);
Customers may return a maximum of two (2) of each particular product per initial order, validated by a customer name or shipping address;
If at least one of a particular product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 100-night trials on subsequent orders of that particular product (ie., if you return a mattress or pillow, you will not be eligible for 100-night trials on future mattress and pillow orders);
Products shipped outside of the United States or Canada are not eligible for return.
Zaahn Bundle.
If you purchase a Zaahn Bundle, which includes a mattress and two pillows (the “Bundle”), and return the entire Bundle, you will be refunded the entire amount paid for such Bundle, less any offer code or other discount.
Title.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Zaahn pass to you upon delivery of such products (by Zaahn or our manufacturer) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
